- Please choose carefully as we unfortunately do not accept returns for change of mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance.
- Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
